Insured Carbon^® Registry Statement: Insured Carbon® declares that the above minted Carbon Credits meet the criteria of High Integrity Carbon Credits (HICC), which are defined as a real and additional GHG emission reduction and/or removal of verified and validated metric tonnes of CO2e. The HICC is quantified on credible and conservative calculations for additionality, leakage, and permanence. The identified HICC is validated and verified by a competent third-party audit that confirms that additional GHG emission reductions or removals have been quantified based on credible and conservative calculations for additionality, permanence and leakage or reversal. These HICCs are real and were created by an approved Insured Carbon® project. One HICC removes one tonne of CO2e emissions from being released into the atmosphere. These HICCs are insured to meet all the requirements and attributes of a HICC for a period of 10-years after the vintage year noted on this form.
